潘慧琳，女，研究员，博士生导师。2004年本科毕业于武汉大学化学系；2012年博士毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所物理化学专业。2013年至2017年在台北原子与分子科学研究所从事博士后研究工作。2018年至2026年在南方科技大学工作。2026年3月引进到中国科学院大连化学物理研究所工作，聘为研究员。

主要方向是多原子反应动力学的机理研究和调控。研究成果发表在Nat. Chem., Nat. Commun., Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Phys. Chem. Lett., J. Chem. Phys., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., J. Phys. Chem. A等学术期刊上。
