公发全,男,博士,正高级工程师,硕士生导师。1997年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,获工学学士学位;2002年毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,获硕士学位;2015年毕业于大连理工大学,获得材料物理与化学专业博士学位。2002年硕士毕业后到大连化物所工作至今,2009年晋升为副研究员,2025年晋升为正高级工程师。研究方向:(1)化学激光;(2)多冲程泵浦薄片激光;(3)光机结构设计及加工制造。发表学术论文20余篇,申请发明专利30余项,授权20余项,获得省部级2等奖1次。
