徐鑫，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。1989年出生于山东临沂。2012年本科毕业于山东师范大学生物技术专业；2019年博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院，专业为生物化学与分子生物学。2019年至2025年分别在天津医科大学与新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究工作；2025年4月加入中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，任研究员。主要从事结构生物学研究，主要研究方向为：（1）生命活动中关键膜蛋白的结构与分子机制研究；（2）基于结构生物学的中药药效分子的作用机制解析与创新药研发。在PNAS，Nat. Commun.，eLife.，EMBO J.等学术期刊上发表多篇论文。
