王文涛，男，博士，正高级工程师，硕士生导师，1984年生，安徽宿州人。2006年毕业于四川大学，获理学学士学位；2011年毕业于四川大学，获得有机化学专业博士学位。毕业后入所工作至今，2014年晋升为副研究员，2022年晋升为正高级工程师。研究方向：（1）绿色推进剂功能助剂设计合成与配方应用；（2）有机合成新方法在功能材料制备中的应用。主持国家自然科学基金面上、中科院、国家部委、工业部门预先研究项目等。在Green Chemistry, J. Org. Chem., Org. Process Res. Dev., Adv. Synth. Catal.等学术期刊上发表论文30余篇，申报发明专利20余件，授权8件，2018年荣获省部级科技进步一等奖一项（排名第六）。
