简历介绍

陈创,研究员,博士生导师。2007年于郑州大学获工学学士学位,2013年于中国科学院大学获分析化学博士学位,2021年晋升为研究员,20234月起担任快速检测科学研究组长。先后承担/负责国家重大科研仪器研制、国家自然科学基金、辽宁省及大连市科研基金、大连化物所创新基金等项目10余项;相关成果在Anal. Chem.等期刊上发表论文30余篇,获授权发明专利30余项;荣获2019年大连化物所青年优秀奖、2017年辽宁省技术发明二等奖和2016年大连市技术发明一等奖。

主要研究方向包括:(1)高效电离源技术及机理研究:针对离子迁移谱、直接质谱中通用的光电离、电喷雾和化学电离源,深入研究其中分子-离子反应的机理及相关影响因素,为新型多模式复合电离源的设计奠定理论基础;(2)超高分辨离子迁移谱技术研究:研究常压至百帕气压下温度、气流、电场等多物理场耦合下离子运动规律,探索影响离子高保真传输和高效分离的关键因素,为微型化离子迁移谱以及超高分辨阱迁移谱、行波场无损传输迁移谱的设计提供理论指导;(3)多维谱学联用接口技术研究:研究并解决离子迁移谱与色谱、质谱等联用接口中样品高效利用、离子无损传输、时域匹配等关键技术难题,支撑多维谱快速检测技术与仪器的研发;(4)多维谱学数据处理方法研究:针对多维谱学仪器在环境、生物复杂样品分析等应用场景中产生的大量谱图数据,结合人工智能算法,开发以谱库信息为中心的智能解析系统,建立靶向/非靶向分子的定性识别与定量分析方法。
