王爱琴,1986-1993年就读于大连理工大学石油化工系,分别获学士和硕士学位。之后到大连化物所工作,并于2001年获得大连化物所博士学位。曾先后到香港城市大学、台湾大学从事博士后研究。2009年被聘为大连化物所研究员。现任大连化物所首席研究员,催化基础国家重点实验室兼聘研究员,航天催化与新材料应用基础研究组组长。王爱琴研究员长期从事高分散金属催化研究,主要研究方向包括纳米催化、单原子催化、生物质转化等,担任《催化学报》编委,Sustainable Energy and Fuels顾问委员会委员,发表SCI论文300余篇。2009年获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(主要完成人),2022年获辽宁省自然科学一等奖(排名第1)。承担国家科技部重点研发计划、中国科学院战略科技先导专项、国家自然科学基金等多项课题。
